I can't stress enough how important it is to make sure you have enough YOU time.
I don't go often for facials, but I always make time when I travel for courses. My skin can get super congested from a few days of stress and travel, not to mention lack of sleep!
On a day where I'm not travelling and it's business as usual, I'm seeing patients for up to 10 hours a day, with a mask and shield over my face.
Now that we're wearing masks virtually all the time (I only remove it for my short lunch break) we're actually more prone to breakouts than ever. All the more reason to make those home spa sessions a priority, and sit down and unwind at the end of a long day. I use sheet masks at home at least once a week!
Don't get me wrong, I love spending time with my kids and my husband - but making time to pamper both your body and mind will make EVERYONE happier in the long run. Believe me!!
